Excelsior SPRINGS Community Foundation

The corporation is organized for the prupose of holding and administering, for charitable purposes, property donated to th corporation, and for engaging in any lawful act or activity for which a corporation may be organized under the missouri bobprofit corporation act, and specifically for the support of the construction and operation of a Community center together with other programs and facilities that benefit the citizens of Excelsior SPRINGS, missouri and residents of surrounding communities.
