The organization s vision since 2020 has been to raise, empower, and inspire minority Youth to experience success and progress in all areas of their lives and to become successful leaders through raising and increasing self-esteem and self-worth. Our mission is rooted in the belief that every child deserves equal opportunities to succeed, regardless of their background. That s why we go above and beyond to offer a wide range of services designed to help families and children unlock their full potential and thrive at TYBC. Together, we can empower underserved communities, break down barriers, and ensure that every child has the opportunity to succeed.
