Georgia Surgical Relief Project Inc

The purpose of Georgia Surgical Relief Project is to provide, in full or in part, funding for deserving individuals who are seeking weight loss surgery who would otherwise be unable to afford it due to lack of insurance coverage. This funding is obtained through donations currently. In the future, we hope to expand our fundraising activities through onlinecrowdfunding, holding local and national fundraising events and through grants, both government and private. Currently, all of our activity is located in the greater Atlanta area. All of the clinical care is conducted through a partnership with beltline health, llc and Surgical procedures are performed at piedmont hospital and northside hospital. All clinical care is provided voluntarily with the funds raised going towards paying hospital expenses.
