RVA Community Development corporation's mission is to create, promote, and sustain economic opportunity and stability for vulnerable neighborhoods and populations throughout the metropolitan richmond, Virginia metropolitan area, with a particular focus on richmond's east end. Ultimately the goal is to build vibrant communities supported through innovation and partnership. Our commitment is for residents to share in the improvement and success of their communities.
