Carolina CAT Rescue

Carolina CAT Rescue's mission is to help the unwanted cats and kittens of North Carolina that end up at county shelters or are in need of Rescue. We partner with no-kill reputable cat rescues in the Northeast and transport the cats there. Often, the cats find wonderful homes very quickly as some of the States do not have a cat overpopulation, as we do in NC. CCR medically prepares the cat for travel and insures the cat meets the importing state requirements. We arrange travel for the cat/kitten by car, bus, and private planes. We depend on donations to fund the medical care to prepare the cats. We do not receive government or state funding. All members of Carolina CAT Rescue are non-paid volunteers.
