Polk County Rise Inc

Polk County Rise Inc's mission is to improve the quality of life for Central Florida's youth, adults, and families through health and wellness, education, and social services. We provide safe spaces and productive, safe outlets for physical exercise, community engagement, and personal development for underserved populations that lack access to these resources. Our purpose is to raise health equities among underserved populations that lead to healthier communities and increase positive outcomes for those we serve.
