Our organization helps justice involved Youth overcome barriers to their educational and professional needs goals in order to avoid recidivism become self-sufficient and succeed in their communities. The array of services we provide to the Youth is critical for their stability and future success as they try to stay away from their criminal past. Outreach services provided by Claudia House include but are not limited to housing and employment searches rent well classes enrollment in a standard or trade alternative schools. We teach our Youths determinants of health help them with health literacy nutrition organizational skills financial literacy and budgeting medical appointments mentorship etc . We also connect the Youth with professionals in Mental Health Counseling Drug and Alcohol treatment. Our services are tailored to the Youths individual care plan history of trauma background and goals.
