The purpose for which the association is organized is to promote and develop the common good and social welfare of the residents in Hideaway Acres, a real estate development located in the Hideaway Acres subdivision of knox county, nebraska. To provide purposes permitted by law, including but not limited to water distribution, ensuring public access to and use of local roads, Hideaway Acres association marina and beach, and all other dedicated public property, if any, in the area.
