Grants - the foundation may not be funded until the death of christopher a. Rayburn and/or mary s. Rayburn, at which time charitable gifts will begin to be made in the form of cash distributions to organizations within the communities christopher a. Rayburn, mary s. Rayburn and their descendants reside in order to create measurable step-change in such communities and focused on the needs in such communities relating to hunger, environment and community programs supporting the arts, science and communication.
