Priests of the Poor Inc

This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code, with the specific purpose of establishing and supporting a Catholic order of Priests whose sole mission is to serve the poor and destitute."Priests of the poor", focus will be on the education and development of Catholic Priests in lifelong service to the poor and destitute. With similar vows of poverty, chastity, obedience, and free service to others, Priests, seminarians, professed brothers, and local community members will house, cloth, feed, and attend to the spiritual and physical needs of the homeless and destitute in the communities in which their missions are located.
