To make grants to support educational programming for the public and conduct programming furthering the pursuit of equal standards of justice including civil rights, equal educational opportunities, non-partisan voter Education and registration, and other public policy efforts advancing equal standards of justice under the law regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, citizenship, criminal record, economic status, gender, gender expression, or sexuality.
