To own and maintain, and to provide for the general care, improvement, management and maintenance of common areas and infrastructure of st. maria's tatandra, a subdivision located in phelps county, missouri, and to enforce the declaration of covenants and restrictions, all for the benefit of owners of real estate within the subdivision, through an association of such owners.
