International Geriatric Diabetes Society Inc

The organizations mission is to further advance education and research for the public and clinicians about the challenges of caring for the aging population with Diabetes and to advocate for a high quality of clinical care of the oder adults with Diabetes. The organization will be devoted to improving the health, independence and quality of life of older people with Diabetes and will provide leadership to healthcare professionals, policy makers, and the public by implementing and avocating for programs in patient care, research, professional and public education, and public policy in the field of Geriatric Diabetes.
