Panhandle Quarter Horse association is a passionate volunteer group that serves the aqha community by creating, hosting, and funding aqha & nsba shows in the Panhandle of Texas to celebrate the versatility of the American Quarter Horse, along with responsible ownership, breeding, and ethical treatment of our equine partners.
