Turin Ambulance inc. is organized for charitable purposes but more specifically to operate and conduct an emergency Ambulance service. The corporation will provide Ambulance or medical transport; health wellness programs for the benefit of any person in need within the area served; to engage in fundraising activities and solicit donations from the public; to obtain governmental funding and to enter into transactions concerning real or personal property all for the furtherance of these purposes; but not to practice the profession of medicine outside the established scope of certification or operate medical facilities of any type, and not to engage in the prevention or extinguishment of fires.
