For pleasure and recreation and other nonprofitable purposes and activities; to promote lasting and enduring friendships among its members; to foster high standard of intellectual achievement and ethical behavior among its members; to promote the education of its members and to promote the education and social milieu of the college where the Mu Alpha chapter is established; to promote the development of education and advancement in the life of its members and promote and forster the fraternal principles and ideals of phi mu delta fraternity; to acquire, purchase, sell, occupy, erect, maintain, hold, own and lease such personal or real property as may be necessary or desirable to carrying out any of the foregoing purposes; and to assist with order and approve any and all repairs and improvements on property leased to Mu Alpha chapter of phi mu delta. Serves as the parent company of Alpha sigma omega assocation, the title holding company.
