To provide supervised baseball and softball programs for youths residing withing the northeast area of columbia, south carolina. Emphasis shall be placed on teaching sportsmanship, and the basic knowledge and skills of the games of baseball and softball. The supervisors shall bear in mind at all times that the attainment of exceptional athletic skill or the winning of games is secondary, and that the molding of good citizenship is of prime importance.
