Ninetwelve Institute Inc

The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, scientific and educational purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of the distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 (or the corresponding provision of any future United States internal revenue law). Its primary focus is to support the government's science, technology, and economic development objectives by connecting the entrepreneurial, innovation and business acumen of the private sector with the technical research capabilities of academic researchers and government laboratories to deliver advanced technology faster, cheaper and better to benefit both the federal government and the general public.
