Our purpose is to promote education and cultivate empowerment through sports, digital literacy, and personal development. We are dedicated to transforming communities by empowering women to become confident leaders. Our programs focus on creating future leaders by cultivating critical thinking, psychosocial wellness, and extensive interpersonal development through positive social interactions. Our objectives are to develop basketball skills, promote literacy and provide the means for young women to rewrite their stories and seek opportunities and careers beyond societal gender constraints. Through our programs, young girls will be well-equipped to set attainable goals and build self-awareness, respect for diversity, and healthy relationships with peers, staff and professionals from industry and their communities.
