Mission AS stated in article ii of articles of incorporation: the corporation shall promote the proven social, emotional, physical, and cognitive benefits of connection with nature for those with special needs, and by extension, provide agricultural work and internship opportunities for disabled individuals. In furtherance of the foregoing, the corporation shall have the power to acquire, hold and maintain real property for the primary purposes of (I) protecting or retaining natural or open-space values of real property, (ii) assuring availability of real property for forestal, recreational, agricultural, or open-space use, (iii) protecting natural resources, and/or (iv) maintaining or enhancing air or water quality.
