Neurostrong Wellness and Fitness is dedicated to providing fun high quality and effective exercise programs and resources to help people with a neurologic diagnosis stay active, continue participating in activities they enjoy, and perform their daily tasks. We do this by offering quality trained coaches and staff, and provide support to not only our members but their care partners and families as well. Neurostrong Wellness and Fitness looks at the whole person, as we also offer monthly nutritional classes and support group meetings. We are focused on building a strong community and providing resources to support those on this journey.
