Affordable Communities of America

The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the code as now in effect or as may hereafter be amended, including, without limitation, (a) helping Communities thrive by promoting, preserving and enhancing Affordable housing for hard working individuals and families, and (b) performing all other acts incidental to or necessary for the accomplishment of such purposes and that are not inconsistent with or in conflict with the code or the act, including, but not limited to, the making of contributions to other nonprofit organizations for purposes consistent with the purposes of the corporation. Affordable Communities of America is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that works with middleburg and other community and for-profit partners to create and preserve Affordable and attainable housing throughout the United States.
