To improve Stroke outcomes through research and education supporting the appropriate proliferation and distribution of mobile Stroke units (msu) and other Pre-Hospital technology and services. This will be accomplished through professional communication, public education, and advocacy for governments, institutional, industry, and philanthropic support.
