Etchepare trust endowment fbo the laramie beautification committee, which "hereby directs that CO-successor trustee distribute a one-time cash donation to the laramie beautification committee in the amount of one Million and 00/100 dollars ($1,000,000.00). However, one hundred percent (100%) of this amount shall be put in an endowment fund designated for laramie enhancement project(s)." the income from this endowment is designated for capital construction projects for the beautification of the city of laramie, wyoming, usa. The laramie beautification committee will make recommendations for projects which will then be approved by the CO-successor trustees of the paul g. Etchepare trust.
