Statement of activities:in 2024, the frk foundation (frkf) continued its mission to promote and support the arts and humanities through performance, preservation, education, and meaningful partnerships. Reflecting the enduring legacy of frederick r. Koch, the foundation's u.s. Programming this year spanned classical music, architecture, visual arts, and cultural history, through events, collaborations, and engagement at our historic venues in New York and Pennsylvania.summary of events:6 e 80th street, new yorkclassical music and education:frkf offered its townhouse in Manhattan as an intimate cultural salon, presenting diverse musical programs in partnership with leading institutions dedicated to the cultivation of young talent and contemporary expression.notable events in 2024 included:American youth orchestra - february 7 & july 2, 2024high school musicians from the orchestrating dreams program performed student-composed works, gershwin, and lin-manuel miranda arrangements for an audience of 36.
