To organize and produce approved rodeos for the citizens of Chaves County, nm and the great southwest. To enhance and promote scholastic attainment. To encourage high moral character and clean living among all cowboys and cowgirls. To provide a community activity that will provide a means of wholesome entertainment to both the spectator and participant that promotes the Western way of life.
