Friends of the Living Desert Inc

The purpose for which the corporation is organized are (1) to assist the Living Desert state park, a state park situated in carlsbad, New Mexico, by providing financial assistance and volunteer help; (2) the doing and performing of any and all acts or things necessary, proper, or convenient for or incidental to the furtherance or the carrying out of the purposes herein above mentioned; and (3) to engage in any lawful act or activity for which nonprofit corporation may be organized under the "nonprofit corporation act" of the state of New Mexico.
