1.to improve social, physical and economic conditions of those areas of albuquerque, New Mexico as now or hereafter deemed appropriate by this corporation. 2.to assist the South Broadway area sector plan in achieving its goals whenever USBC's board of directors finds it appropriate and within its financial capabilities. 3.to solicit grants, gifts, donations and to raise and secure funds by any means presently lawful for a nonprofit corporation under New Mexico law. To utilize such funds to achieve the goals of this corporation as now or hereafter set forth by this corporation.
