A. The activities of the organization include the following:1. Promoting business relationship between its members and other business owners, organizations and local communities, host public seminars to provide tax, financial, Accounting and legal advises to local communities, offer continue education (CPE) classes to members and non-members (80%).2. Providing employment, career development and training services and workshops for young people within the field of Accounting and/or Finance (5%);3. Conducting professional public discussion groups, lectures and workshop, publishing Accounting and/or Finance materials, newsletters, pamphlets, books or other material; Presenting Accounting and/or Finance seminars, etc. (15%);b. Upon formation, each activity will be initiated subject to the availability of funds and pro bono assistance of volunteers.c. The activity will be conducted by directors and officers of corporation or volunteers at the headquarter.
