Education in Motion Ii

To support and operate for the benefit of those Internal Revenue Code ("Code") Section 501(c)(3) charter schools known as the Options for Youth charter schools, Opportunities for Learning charter schools, and the Pathways in Education charter schools (collectively, the "Supported Organizations") which exist now or may be established in the future, by conducting programs, services, and activities that educate, enrich and benefit youth, providing experiential learning programs to students, providing educational activities for disadvantaged and/or at risk students, providing such other support and services needed from time-to-time by such charter schools, and carrying on other charitable and educational activities as allowed by law.
