The June Group is organized solely for charitable and educational purposes including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. This organization aims to further advocacy efforts for issues of substance abuse and addiction. This will be attained through outreach programs and awareness campaigns in high schools and the public that will be piloted by The June Group within the community in which it operates. Raising awareness about the societal and personal impacts of such issues will be among the top priorities of The June Group, working in tandem with high schools to educate students on their dangers. The organization will also endeavor to empower and support high school or college-age students by allocating some funding for scholarships intended for those personally impacted by substance abuse and addiction.
