The Richard a. Riffel Philanthropic trust, inc. intends to operate as a private foundation (the foundation) to address, educate, coordinate, and provide financial assistance to the following four areas: (1) environmental causes, (2) promoting population control through organizations dedicated to ethical and responsible birth control, (3) promoting renewal energy research and development, and (4) promoting fission and fusion energy research that does not produce isotopes or other elements which have the potential to harm human (collectively, the foundation causes)
