To provide financing and services that will increase the opportunities available for lower income households to obtain decent, safe, and sanitary affordable Housing in Placer County, California, by including various sectors of the economy to help with the provision of such services and financing, and by participating in public and private financing programs that assist lower income households in obtaining such affordable Housing.
