Please the corporation is organzied exclusively to promote the charitable purposes and goals of workforce, inc. that mission is to promote, organize, participate in, develop, sponsor, and/or operate various programs focused on workforce development and placement as an economic development strategy, to educate and train ex-offenders in the skilled labor trade of electronics recycling, to invest in this workforce as a means to reducing the skilled labor shortage, and to reduce criminal recidivism rates in indiana.
