Specifically, the corporation shall promote research into the ecology and Water of the grove lake and north fork of the crow river; seek to advance the science of avoiding, stopping and/or slowing the spread of invasive Water species, and attempt to maintain and restore the Water quality of grove lake and the north fork of the crow river. The corporation shall be a focal point for assembling all possible data on Water quality and invasive species in grove lake and the north fork of the crow river and provide a framework for the exchange of knowledge about information learned and to stop the spread of invasive species.
