Since its founding in 2016 Fighting 4 Freedom has been dedicated to advocating for individuals who are wrongfully convicted or serving excessive and outdated sentences. The organizations mission is to pursue justice and second chances through clemency advocacy sentence modifications parole support and compassionate release efforts at both the state and federal levels. Fighting 4 Freedom works directly with incarcerated individuals and their families with a focus on those sentenced as juveniles individuals impacted by mandatory minimum laws and those serving lengthy sentences for nonviolent offenses. In addition to case advocacy the organization engages in policy reform efforts addressing sentencing inequities probation reform. Fighting4Freedom believes in second chances. Therefore providing services to incarcerated individuals helping prepare parole packets and advocate for their release. We helped more than twenty- eight individuals be released.
