The public and charitable purposes of this corporation are to develop housing solutions to improve the physical, economic and social environment of the sacramento, California and central valley region with particular attention to the needs of persons of low and moderate income; to combat Community deterioration, lessen the burdens of government and relieve the underserved communities by assisting the city of sacramento, California and the state of California in revitalizing neighborhoods.
