The organziation will contribute to and support online learning programs in grade k through 12 schools and educational organizations, with a focus on underserved communities. This activity is estimated to take place in 2025. The organization expects to receive donations consisting of 5% of the gross revenue of ugaa (universal gamers amateur association), which has committed to support the organization. The allocation and direction of the organization funds will be determined by the board of directors of the organization.
