Midwife Me Ltd

Midwife Me, ltd. Is a nonprofit public health program designed to address the poor maternal and infant outcomes and the associated health disparities, specifically targeting the preterm birth rate in rural Georgia by 1) increasing access to care 2) improving the quality of care and 3) decreasing the cost of care. The goal of Midwife Me ltd. Is to improve the overall health and wellness of the woman before, during and after pregnancy, thereby reducing preterm birth and low birth weight and decreasing infant and maternal mortality. Midwife Me, ltd also functions to serve as an alternative for women desiring evidence-based trauma-informed care that is individualized, a low-cost option for their pregnancy care and/or an out of hospital birth experience.
