Social Creatures is a Social innovation nonprofit addressing the public-health crisis of loneliness and Social isolation. Our mission is to advance Social health - the aspect of well-being that comes from our relationships, connections, and sense of belonging - as a vital pillar of overall health. Through our three core strategies - innovate, educate, and advocate - we transform scientific evidence and community wisdom into solutions that strengthen connection, reduce loneliness, and improve mental and physical health outcomes. We CO-create programs with communities most affected by Social disconnection, including people impacted by disability, caregiving, low income, immigration barriers, and Social or cultural exclusion. Together, we're building a future where Social health is recognized, resourced, and integrated across healthcare, policy, and community systems, so that no one is left out of the connections that sustain or restore well-being.
