Cohap Outreach Corporation

Cohap Outreach Corporation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to preventing homelessness and providing stability, support, and second chances to vulnerable populations including veterans, formerly incarcerated individuals, aged-out foster care young adults, domestic violence survivors, and formerly incarcerated juveniles. The organization provides housing referrals, emergency assistance, client support, and community Outreach programs. In 2025, Cohap served 1,200 families with food and resources, provided back-to-school support to 1,800 children, hosted 5 major citywide events, and delivered ongoing daily housing referrals to homeless individuals and domestic violence survivors across the greater Houston area.
