Heart of Jasper

The primary purpose is: to revitalize and improve properties, buildings, and historical locations in an area known as the main street area in the city of Jasper, indiana; to develop and promote recreation and tourism for the city of Jasper, indiana; to function exclusively for charitable and religious purposes, including, for such pruposes, the amking of distributions to activities and projects which contribute to the accomplishment of the exempt purpose set forth aboveot to organizations qualified under section 501(c)(3) of the internal reveenue code of 1986, as amended, or any successor statute thereto (the "code"); to have and excercise all of the general rights and powers of nonprofit corporations provided for by the laws of the state of indiana as they now exist or by any amendments thereto, such rights and powers to be consistent with and limited by the purposes expressed above.
