To create, form and establish an organization to promote the furtherance of Jewish orthodox religious values in the United States, israel and around the world; to provide funding to support, promote, foster and encourage the practice of religion, religious education, family values; to provide scholarships for religious studies and education and to practice charity for the needy, poor and underprivileged in accordance with the values espoused by Jewish orthodox faith.
