CH4BB was dedicated to helping local communities to mitigate the loss of hotel conversions in their areas. We did so by securing donations of furniture, fixtures, and equipment from hotels that were closing or converting to residential use. We removed and sold the equipment to the affected local community households and businesses at discounted pricing or donated items to local charities. We used the proceeds to employ local citizens seeking work. Champions for Better Business managed the removal of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment from hotels across the country. In so doing, clients were able to focus on their renovations or repurposing of properties to a more productive and profitable use. Also, instead of throwing the items into the local landfill, our organization hired local citizens to remove and sell the hotel items to other local citizens and donated a significant portion to local charities.
