To encourage and support increased participation in voting and the democratic process, and increased civic engagement generally, by the poor, and other undeserved populations, by providing material support in the form of staff, training, and technological solutions, to community based organizations and other 501(c)(3) non-profits working with those individuals and towards those ends. To increase accesiblity, access, and awareness about government or other pulic services in underserved communities.
