The Enjoyable Pain of Growth Academy "Epog Academy" is a non-profit whose mission is to make personal development part of education. We aim to develop an effective sustainable and scalable intervention that measurably enhances student achievement and well-being through personal development while making our services accessible to the underserved. We do this through an innovative model of coaching and evidence-based personal development services designed to inspire and equip students to realize their P.O.W.E.R. To overcome obstacles understand themselves and achieve their goals.
