Increasing minority representation in the Retail industry. We have joined forces with Retail professionals to bring awareness to bipoc black indigenous people of color brands and retailers and to empower and equip those businesses with the tools and strategies needed to excel and build a long-term legacy-building business for themselves and their families. We also provide education and training to minority students on the business of Retail and their future in it.
