The SIAA provides Community-Driven Social Innovation (CDSI) approach to improve Social services to low-income communities and achieve upward Social mobility. We train members in CDSI methods and techniques to become professional and certified associates that deliver our services to distressed neighborhood residents on a Pro Bono basis. Our services include community-constituent research, Social design workshops, and Social impact management. The desired outcome is more comprehensive community-driven improvement initiatives in high-poverty neighborhoods. Also, help low-income families in mixed-income communities overcome racial tensions, intolerance, and isolation to benefit from the opportunities in the community.
