High-Tech SMALL Town

To encourage businesses to locate technical talent in economically depressed rural towns to provide new employment opportunities, work with local school systems to engage and educated secondary students in technology course, coordinate with colleges and training institutions to provide internships for post-secondary technology students, work with local businesses and would-be entrepreneurs to utilize technology to enable competition of rural business.
