Helping foster dogs heal mentally and physically while they wait for their perfect, forever home. Pepper's Pals Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering homeless, neglected, and medical-needs dogs in the NW Phoenix Valley. With the help of volunteer foster families, we aspire to Rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds, and needs.
